1-Privacy:

We In Egyptian Lines Guarantee that all the data will be gathered about any buyer will be treated very securely and never be used, sent or even saved in any other third party data.

2-Ordering:

Ordering via our secure link and checkout will be through our merchant account in www.2checkout.com , all needed data for payment will go directly to 2checkout, and non of the payment data including credit cards numbers will be sent to our system, the only data sent to our system is the shipping data and any special comments, for 2checkout Information please visit 2Checkout, for multi products orders it should not be processed through our site but should be emailed for us.

3-Selling Policy:

All the products we sell are genuine Egyptian products, and all the products prices are final and not a subject for discussion, only some customers will be chosen for special discounts through email ordering for more than one product, all the discounts are referred to Egyptian Lines and we have the right for making such discounts or cancel it any time without any notice.

4-Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) or Aramex, the shipping charge is calculated according to shipment weight, for single orders the shipping charge automatically added to the total payment, for multi products order the shipping charge will be calculated and emailed to customer prior of checkout, the multi order payment will not be processed through our site but a secure link will be emailed for payment, all orders will have a tracking number provided by EMS or Aramex and can be tracked via the web site of Aramex or of the country main mail service if available just after its arrival to the destination country (as an example www.usps.com for USA), all shipping charges are not refundable.


5-Return/Refund Policy:

All of our products are guaranteed that it is out of any defects and just as it is appearing and described, customer should check their orders before signing as received to shipping company, if the product found defective, customer should refuse to receive the product from shipping company, in such case customer having the right for choosing from refunding his money (shipping charge not included), or asking for another free non-defective product, refunding or reshipping new product will be processed after return of the defective product to us through shipping company which is usually processed within 5 days, shipping charge for changing a defective product is free and shipping will be processed directly after receiving the defective product.
